Sum of the digits of a two-digit number is 9. When we interchange the digits, it isfound that the resulting new number is greater than the original number by 27. Whatis the two-digit number? |
Answer» It is given that sum of the digits of the two digit number is 9. Let, ones place digit bexxand tens place digit be9−x9−x. So the original number is, {x+10×(9−x)}=90−9x{x+10×(9−x)}=90−9x After interchanging the places of digits new number will be, (9−x+10x)=9+9x(9−x+10x)=9+9x New number is 27 greater than the original number. So, (9+9x)=(90−9x)+279x+9x=27+90−918x=108x=6(9+9x)=(90−9x)+279x+9x=27+90−918x=108x=6 Original number is, {x+10×(9−x)}=6+10(9−6)=6+10(3)=36{x+10×(9−x)}=6+10(9−6)=6+10(3)=36 Therefore, the original two digit number is 36. let the ones digit be x and tens be ynow number formed = 10y+xaccording to the conditions given in the question,. x + y = 9 ... ( i) 10x +y = 10y +x + 279x - 9y = 27x - y = 3 ... (ii) adding eq i and ii, 2x = 12x = 6and y = 3number = 10y +x =10x3 + 6number = 36 ans let the ones digit be x and tens be ynow number formed = 10y+xaccording to the conditions given in the question,. x + y = 9 ... ( i) 10x +y = 10y +x + 279x - 9y = 27x - y = 3 ... (ii) adding eq i and ii, 2x = 12x = 6and y = 3number = 10y +x =10x3 + 6number = 36 ans 36 is the answer........ the original number is 36 ans is 36 great of the year was orignal 22fertyca the difference of an integer p and -8 is 3.find the value of p jo mana baja hai uska answer grid the prime and composite number by sieves method evaluate(-6)×(-15)×(-5) 36 is the correct answer of the given question 36 is the correct answer |

5. Explain the benefits of cooperative agriculture. |
Answer» An agricultural cooperative is a formal form of farmer collective action for the purpose of marketing and processing of farm products and or for the purchase and production of farm inputs. The main aim of establishing a cooperative is to increase member’s production and incomes by helping better link them with finance, agricultural inputs, information, and output marketsCollective action is the core resource of agricultural cooperatives.Cooperatives create social relations that enable individuals to achieve goals that they may not otherwise be able to achieve by themselves. For example, cooperatives can help farmers benefit from economies of scale by lowering their costs of acquiring inputs or hiring services such as storage and transport.Agricultural cooperatives also enable farmers to improve product and service quality and reduce risks. They may also empower their members economically and socially by involving them in decision-making processes that create additional rural employment opportunities, or enable them to become more resilient to economic and environmental shocks. The Okangoho Multipurpose cooperative with over 250 members is a good example of a communal cooperative. In April, the cooperative through the Meatco Foundation hosted its first permit day at the recently refurbished crush pen.The cooperative normally hosts an auction every second month, which translates to six auctions per year.Auctions usually attract anything between 80-200 cattle; however, the co-operative is hopeful that the number will increase to 300 because of the new facilities.Treasurer of the cooperative, Abiud Katuutja, said the cooperative was a step in the right direction as the fruits of their unity are now tangible.“The crush pen will improve socio-economic conditions of the community, because on auction days not only livestock owners come here, but other individuals who sell other products, so it is a welcome development,” Katuutja said.Okangoho is a rural settlement located 46km northeast of Okakarara at an intersection leading to places such as Otjituuo, Coblenz and Okamatapati |

प्रश्न 1. प्रत्यक्ष कर संहिता' क्या है? प्रत्यक्ष कर संहिता के मुख्यप्रावधानों का वर्णन करें। (what is Direct Tax Code - DTC'? Explain the main |provisions of DTC.) |
Answer» The Direct Taxes Code Bill, 2010. The direct taxation of the income of individuals, companiesand other entities is governed by the Income Tax Act, 1961. The Direct Taxes Code seeks to consolidate the law relating to direct taxes. The Bill will replace the Income Tax Act, 1961, and the Wealth Tax Act, 1957. Content of India’s DTC 2009 The DTC will be a comprehensive exercise for reforming the direct tax system and will therefore provide the benefit of taking a holistic view. TheDirect Taxes Code, 2009version, is designed on best international practice and sound principles of tax policy, it will provide stability and eliminate uncertainty; and the need for making frequent amendments in the tax law will therefore minimise. Removal of exemptions will have three consequences: (i) higher tax-GDP ratio; (ii) enhanced GDP growth, since tax exemptions and deductions distort allocative efficiency; and (iii) improve equity (both horizontal and vertical), by reducing compliance costs, enabling lower administrative burdens, and discouraging corruption. The DTC will allow for a reduction in corporate tax rates thereby, significantly improving the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of projects. This should provide an impetus to higher investment and growth. The biggest beneficiary of the DTC will be the financial sector; higher benefits in terms of higher internal accruals will result in lower costs of capital for the borrower, simplify the tax laws and reduce both compliance and administrative costs. Further, the provisions relating to penalty and prosecution which have been rationalised to provide effective deterrence, would create a pro-compliance environment. Eventually, it will demonstrate the ability of the Government to undertake swift and hard decisions on tax reform. |

what is richter scale |
Answer» The so-called Richter magnitude scale – more accurately, Richter's magnitude scale, or just Richter magnitude – for measuring the strength of earthquakes refers to the original "magnitude scale" developed by Charles F. Richter and presented in his landmark 1935 paper, and later revised and renamed the Local magnitude scale, denoted as "ML" or "ML". Because of various shortcomings of the ML scale most seismological authorities now use other scales, such as the moment magnitude scale, to report earthquake magnitudes, but much of the news media still refers to these as "Richter" magnitudes. All magnitude scales retain the logarithmic character of the original, and are scaled to have roughly comparable numeric values. hdkdhcndkdbdhdndbxks cj fkdbdhnddnd a numerical scale for expressing the magnitude of an earthquake on the basis of seismograph oscillations . a numerical scale for expressing the magnitude of an earthquake on the basis of seismograph oscillations.
