The Government should not completely privatise the system of providing public facilities.This is because

a. Privatised public facilities will be costly which the poor or economically weak people cannot afford.

b. Privatised public facilities will look for profit and benefit of their own rather than providing service to the poor.

c.Health and education will be then be only the property of the rich. Poor will suffer due to lack of health and will be devoid of education. In this case illiteracy will be more.
