Answer» SUPPOSE ONE ANGLE be x
so other angle be 2x
Now,60+x+2x=180
or,3x=180-60=120
or,x=120/3=40
Hence another angle = 40×2=80.
Therefore, three angles are 40,60&80

A man sold a radio at 10% gain.if he had bought it at 20% less and sold it for rs.10 more he would have gained 40% find the cp of radio.

Answer»

Answer:

The COST price of radio is Rs.500.

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN : A man SOLD a radio at 10% gain. If he had bought it at 20% less and sold it for Rs.10 more he would have gained 40%.

To find : The cost price of radio ?

Solution :

Let x be the cost price of the goods.

A man sold a radio at 10% gain.

The SELLING price of goods is

SP=\frac{100+P\%}{100}\times CP

SP=\frac{100+10}{100}\times x

SP=\frac{110}{100}\times x

SP=1.1x

He had bought it at 20% less.

CP=x-20\%\times x

CP=x-0.2x

CP=0.8x

Sold it for Rs.10 more.

SP=1.1x+10

The profit percentage formula is given by,

P\%=\frac{SP-CP}{CP}\times 100

40=\frac{1.1x+10-0.8x}{0.8x}\times 100

0.4=\frac{0.3x+10}{0.8x}

0.4\times 0.8x=0.3x+10

0.32x=0.3x+10

0.32x-0.3x=10

0.02x=10

x=\frac{10}{0.02}

x=500

Therefore, The cost price of radio is Rs.500.

Plz solve sums for me

Answer»

(x+3)(x+3)
x(x+3)+3(x+3)
XX + 3x + 3x + 3
xx + 6XX + 3
LIKE this u have to solve all the questions

12.

Friends please give the full solution

Answer»

As we know that sum of all the angles in a triangle is equal to 180 degree
Therefore, (x-40°) +(x-20°)+(½x-10°) = 180°
2x+½x-70 =180°
2½x= 180°+70°
5/2x=250°
=> x=100
Hence, the VALUE of x is 100
Then, the value of FIRST angle of the triangle will be (x-40)= (100-40)=60°
the value of SECOND angle will be (x-20)= (100-20)=80°
Similarly, the value of third angle will be (½x-10)=(50-10)=40°

The angles of triangle MEASURES 60°,80°and 40°

Find the equation of a straight line cutting off an intercept -1 from y axis and being equally inclined to the axes

Answer»

Answer: The equation of a straight LINE would be y= -X-1

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope-intercept form of a line is given by:

y= mx + c

Given that,

y-intercept, c= -1

Because the line is EQUALLY inclined to the AXES, it has a slope EQUAL to -1.

Therefore, the equation of line would be given by:

y= -x -1
