How can the chromosomes be identified?

Answer» \tThe chromosomes differ in their number, size, structure, position of centromere, reactivity to different dyes, etc.\tChromosome are usually identified by staining with suitable dyes that give them a characteristic pattern. This is done after culturing the cells and stopping all of them at particular stage of division called called metaphase and then preparing a slide to veiwunder microscope. Then, karyotype is prepared. Karyotype is the number and appearance of chromosomes in a nucleus of somatic cell.

Write about the digestive system of human body with structure.

Answer» Mouth: Food starts its journey from the mouth or the oral cavity. There are many other organs that contribute to the digestion process including teeth, salivary glands, and tongue. Teeth are designed to grind food particles into small pieces and are moistened with saliva before the tongue pushes the food into the pharynx.Pharynx: A fibromuscular y shaped tube attached to the terminal end of the mouth. It is mainly involved in the passage of chewed/crushed food from the mouth through the esophagus. It also has a major part in the respiratory system, as air travels through the pharynx from the nasal cavity on its way to the lungs.Esophagus: This is a muscular tube that connects the pharynx which is a part of an upper section of the gastrointestinal tract. It supplies swallowed food along with its length.Stomach : It serves as a muscular bag which is situated towards the left side of the abdominal cavity, beneath the diaphragm. This vital organ acts as a storage for the food and provides enough time to digest meals. The stomach also produces digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid that maintains the process of digestion.Pancreas: It is a larger gland present just inferior to the stomach. It is short with its head connected to the duodenum and tail pointing towards the left part of the abdominal cavity. The pancreas releases digestive enzymes to complete the process of chemical digestion.Small Intestine: A thin, long tube of about 10 feet long and a part of the lower gastrointestinal tract. It is present just behind the stomach and acquires a\xa0maximum area of the abdominal cavity. The complete small intestine is coiled and inner surface consists of folds and ridges.Large Intestine: This is a thick, long tube measuring around 5 feet in length. It is present just beneath to the stomach and wraps over the superior and lateral edges of the small intestine. It absorbs water and consists of bacteria (symbiotic) that support in the break down of wastes to fetch small nutrients.Waste products are passed through the large intestine and eliminated out of the body as a solid matter called stool.

Why sun appear red in sunset and sunrising before apparent time

Answer» When the sun is near the horizon, sunlight has to travel the greatest distance, during this long journey of sunlight, shorter wavelength colours like blue gets scattered leaving behind longer wavelength colour like red.
Due to the scattering of lower wavelength colors like blue, indigo, violet.... Hence the color having higher wavelength does not scatter so the sun appear red during sunrise and sunset....

Why do we have two eyes for vision in place of one

Answer» Because one eye itself cannot detect the exact position, size,.etc. of an object. So we have two eyes for vision in place of one...
Two eyes gives us wider field of view.. Both r eyes view the same object with different angles.. Which improves r vision..
We have two eyes because one eye have to see 150 degree and two eye show 180 degre

How to identify the period or group of a given element

Answer» Group : if valancy of element is 1 or 2 it group will be 1 or 2 . when if valancy of element is more than 2 and + 10 .Ex: X element has 5 valancy electron ,it\'s group will be 5 + 10=15
Period : no. Of electrons shell in its atom. Ex: if an element has 3 electrons shells (k,l,m)in the atom it belong to period 3
If there r 2 digit in eletronic confurigstion than period is 2 and if there is 4 on past digit no than groupis 14
Number of shells is equal to the number of periods and the number of electrons in the last shell gives us group number. If the electron in last shell is less than 3 then it\'s group number is same but if it is more than 3 then, number of electrons in last shell +10 give us group number...

Explain mehdel law of inheritance in easy way plz exams are near

Answer» The Law of Dominance, Law of Segregation and Law of Independent Assortment are the three Mendel’s laws of inheritance. These laws came into existence by the experiments on pea plants in a variety of differing traits. Mendel started his research with monohybrid cross.Law of dominance explains that in a monohybrid cross between a pair of contrasting traits, only one parental character will be expressed in the F1 generation and both parental characters will be expressed in the F2 generation in the ratio 3:1. The one which expressed in the F1 generation is called the dominant trait and the one which is suppressed is called recessive trait. In simple words, the law of dominance states that recessive traits are always dominated or masked by the dominant trait.Law of segregation is the second law of inheritance. This law states that the pair of alleles segregates from each other during meiosiscell division (gamete formation) so that only one allele will be present in each gamete. In a monohybrid cross, both the alleles are expressed in the F2 generation without any blending. Thus, the law of segregation is based on the fact that each gamete contains only one allele.

Define spacation

Answer» Speciation: It is an event that splits a population into two independent species which cannot reproduce among them.Specification :Development of specialised cells is called as differentiation. Cell has to undergo commitment depending upon its fate. The process of commitment is divided into two stages namely specification and determination. The fate of the cell is said to be specified when it is capable of differentiating on its own when placed in a neutral environment.

Difference between resistance and resitivity

Answer» 1 Resistance- Resistance of conductor is a physical property of conductor which resists the flow of charge.Resistivity_ Resistivity of a substance is the physical property of substance whuch have particular dimensions 2 Resistance is donated by R.Resistivity is denoted as (rho).3 S I unit of resistance of Ohms S I unit of Resistivity is ohms-metre
\tResistanceResistivityResistance is the physical property of a substance because of which it opposes the flow of current i.e. electrons.Resistivity is the physical property of a particular substance which is having particular dimensions.Resistance is directly proportional to the length and temperature while it is inversely proportional to the cross-sectional area of the material.Resistivity is only proportional to the nature and temperature of the particular material.RρR = V/I or, R = ρ(L/A)V = Voltage, I = Current, ρ = Resistivityρ = (R×A)/L R = Resistance, L= Length, A = Cross-sectional areaThe SI unit of resistance is Ohms. The SI unit of resistivity is Ohms-meter.The property of resistance is used in several places like heaters, fuses, sensors, etc.Electrical resistivity measurement is used as a quality control test for calcareous soil.\t
