|
Answer» please pick clear photo 9×1 = 9 integers which end in exactly one 0(2 digit numbers) 990.without hundred s 990.without hundred s the correct answer is 990 990 because it is less than zero 990 is the right answer 990 because it has one zero and it is less than 1000 990. is the answer. understood 0 is right ans bcz it's less than 1000 and its non negative numbers both two conditions are satisfy ANS = 0 THANKS ALL why an issue it's right ans jiskoo challenge krnaa h vo Kroo 0 hi right ans h call me I explaine 9713193107 ya what's app ok see in next time zero 990is the answer of your questions 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,110,120,130,140,.....................920,930,940,950,960,970,980,990. 90 integers non negative integers should be zero 990. without hundred 990 is my answer because it is less than 1000 with only one zero 990,because it is less than 1000 and with only one zero. 0 itself is a non negative integer 9×1=9 integers which end in exactly one 0( Two digit no) 9×9×1 =81 integer's which ends in exactly one 0(Three digit number) Thus, 91 are there which satisfy this condition, hope it helps. Numbers with single trailing zero = 90Numbers with zero in the middle = 81Zero is to be considered as it is non-negativeTotal = 90 + 81 + 1 = 172Thus, the number of non-negative integers which are less than 1000 and with only one zero is 172. 990 Is right answer for this. Answer will be 990 as it less than 1000 and have one 0as well 10 is the correct answer The answer is infinite Answer is infinite because there are infinite numbers less than - 1000 are -1110 and so on infinite 10 is the answer of this question. 1000/0=0 it will be zero 10 is your correct answer 10 is the best answer 10 is the answer for the question 172 is the right answer non negative integers less than 1000 with only one zero is 172 I also say 172 is correct ans 100,10 and this are the only non -negative integers less than 1000 and consist o I answer it before sir 10 is the answer. first note that an integers digits add up to a multiple of thee if and only if the integer itself multiple of three zero itself is the non negative integers simply by AP calculate the no. of terms with d=10 a=0 and an=990 then subtract number of germs with 2 zeros like 900,800,700,600,500,400,300,200 and 10091 including zero 172 is the best answer 172 is the answer by using ap and also adding no of terms with 0 in middle 10. 101 to 110...... |

13. Prove 3+V4 is an irrational number |
| Answer» | |
| 8. |
13. Prove that 3+2/5 is irrational. |
|
Answer» Assume that the given real number is rational. This means that the number can be expressed in the form p/q where p and q belong to integers as well as are co-prime. So, 3 + 2root5 = p/q Or, 2root5 = p/q - 3 = (p -3q)/q Or,Root5 = (p-3q)/2q ....... (i) Now, (p-3q)/2q is a rational. So, irrational number ≠ rational number. This means root5 is rational. But, root5 is an irrational. How?? Assume root5 as rational. So, Root5 = a/b Where a and b are integers and co-primes. So, Squaring both sides:-5 = p²/q²So, p² =5q² ...... (ii) So, p² has 5 as a factor. So, p also has 5 as its factor for some integer c. Now,p =5c Or, p² =25c² Putting it in (ii) 5q² =25c² Or, q² = 5c² So, q² is a multiple of 5 So, q is also a multiple of 5. Now, Both p and q have a common factor 5 This means they are not co-primes but it is given that they are co-primes. Hence, it's a contradiction which has risen because of taking root5 as rational. So, root5 is irrational. Now, Back to the question. From (i) :- Root5 = (p-3q)/2q So, This is not possible as root5 is irrational and RHS of the equation is rational. As irrational ≠ rational. Hence, it is a contradiction. This has risen because of taking the given number (3 + 2root5) as rational number. This implies that 3 + 2root5 is an irrational number. |

MATHEMATICS1. If x=3 +2V2, then find whether x+is a rational or an irrational numo13-1 |
|
Answer» x=3+2√2 1/x=1/(3+2√2) rationalising the denominator we get, 1/x=3-2√2/(9-8) [here (a+b)(a-b)=a2-b2; a= 3+2√2; b=3-2√2] x+(1/x)=(3+2√2)+(3-2√2) =6 6 can be written as 6/1 Thus 6 is a rational number it is rational number |

7. The ratio of1% of y to y% of x is equal to |
|
Answer» First of all, find value of x % of y so, x % of y = x/100 × y = xy/100 hence, x% of y = xy/100 again find y % of x so, y % of x = y/100 × x = yx/100 hence, y% of x = xy/100 now, ratio of x % of y to y % of x = x% of y/y% of x= (xy/100)/(xy/100)= 1 Like my answer if you find it useful! |
