4x+6y=6;3x+7y=2 solve this linear equation in two variables fast please

Answer»

Hey there !

4x + 6y = 6 multiplied by 3 gives, 12x + 18Y = 18
3x + 7Y =2 multiples by 4 gives, 12x + 28 y = 8 .

Subtracting both EQUATIONS,

12x + 18y = 18
12x + 28y = 8
=============
-10y = 10

So, y = -1 .

Now, 4x - 6 =6 , 4x = 12 , x = 3 .

So, ( x, y) = ( 3 , -1 ) is the required solution.

Plzz solve this sumthe chapter name is -pair of linear equation in two variables

Answer» SEE this IMAGE I have SOLVED this QUESTION
18.

Can anyone help me to understand the substitute method in linear equations in two variables?

Answer»

First take out the equation in term of only a single variable, then put this value in second equation.

For example:

Let suppose we take.
2x+ y= 5.... (1)

2x+ 3Y= 15 ...(2)

Now, we have to FIND the value of x in (1)

so, 2x+ y=5... [Given]

=> 2x=5-y

=> x=(5-y)/2

Now,PUTTING this value in 2.

=> 2(5-y)/2 +3y= 15

=> 5-y+3y= 15

=> 5+2y= 15

=> 2y= 10

=> y= 5

Now,put the value of y in 1

=> 2x+ 5 = 5

=> 2x= 0

=> x=0

Without actual division, prove that x^4+2x^3+2x-3 is exact;y divisible by x^2+2x+3.pls, give an elaborative answer I'm not able to do it.

Answer»

Let f(x) = x4 + 2x3 -2x2 + 2x - 3

g(x) = x2 + 2x - 3

= x(x + 3) - 1(x + 3) = (x - 1) (x + 3)

Now f(x) will be EXACTLY divisible by g(x) if it is exactly divisible by (x - 1) as well as (x + 3)

i.e. if f(1) = 0 and f ( -3) = 0

Now f(1) = 14 + 2.13 -2.12 + 2.1 - 3

= 1 + 2 - 2 + 2 - 3 = 0

=> (x - 1) is a factor of f(x)

f ( -3) = (-3)4 + 2.(-3)3 -2.(-3)2 + 2.(-3) - 3

= 81 - 54 - 18 - 6 - 3 = 0

=> (x + 3) is a factor of f(x).

=> (x - 1) (x + 3) divides f (x) exactly

Therefore, x2 + 2x - 3 is a factor of f(x)

Hey user here is your ANSWER........

In multiplication ---->

◆ (+) × (+) =+

◆(-)×(-)=+

◆(+)×(-)=(-)

---> Let TAKE one EXAMPLE for each.

--> (2) × (5) =10

--->(-2)×(-5)=(+10)

--->(+2)×(-5)=(-10)

●●●In division●●●

---> (+)/(-)=(-)

--->(+)/(+)= (+)

--->(-) / (+)= (-)

Divide the sum of minus 12 by 7 and 13 by 5 by the product of minus 1 by 3 into 31 by 7

Answer»

Sum of - 12/7 & 13/5 =
-12/7 + 13/5 ( Take LCM)
(-60+91) / 35
= 31/35

Product of -1/3 × 31/7 =
-31/21

As PER GIVEN condition
31/35 ÷ -31/21

(Since, There are two numerator and two denominator :-
a = 31, b = 35, C = -31 & d = 21

Do a×d / b × c)

= 31×21 = 35 = -31
= 21/-35
= 3/-5 or -0.6.

Answer» HEY.....

it MAY HELP you
41.

Plzzz ans it ques 5 its vry urgent

Answer»
Hi ,

LHS = ( 2 - √5 )/ ( 2 + 3√5 )

Rationalize the denominator ,

= [(2-√5)( 3√5 -2)]/[(3√5+2)(3√5-2)]

= [6√5 -4 -15 +2√5 )/[(3√5)² - 2² ]

= ( -19 + 8√5 ) /( 45 - 4 )

= ( -19 + 8√5 ) / 41

= ( -19/41) + ( 8/41)√5 ---( 1 )

= b + a√5 -------( 2 )

Compare ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) , we get

b = - 19/41 , a = 8/41

I hope this HELPS you.

Sin^6x+cos^6x=1-3sin^2x×cos^2x

Answer» HI ,,

LHS = sin^6 x + cos^6

= ( Sin² x )³ + ( cos² x )³

****************************

We know the algebraic identity,

1 ) a³ + b³ + 3AB( a + B ) = ( a + b )³

Or

a³ + b³ = ( a + b )³ - 3ab( a + b )

2 ) sin² x + cos² x = 1

******************************

Here , a = sin² x , b = cos² x

= (Sin²x + cos²x)³-3sin²xcos²x(sin² x+ cos²x)

= 1 - 3sin²xcos²x

= RHS

I HOPE this helps you.
