Hi friends wt is difference between SSRNA nd DSRNA

Answer»

ssRNA is SINGLE stranded RNA while dsRNA is double strndedExplanation:single stranded RNA has one strand with ribose sugar connected to Nitrogen base(ADENINE,GUANINE,THYMINE or URACIL) by a N-glycosidic linkage and the ribose sugar is also connected to phosphate group with an ester bond. While in dsRNA the basic structure is same but they have two strands connected by Hydrogen bonds(adenine to thymine[2 bonds] and guanine to uracil[3 bonds].dsRNA is hydrolyzed in living medium because of the presence of RNAse enzyme and that is why mRNA is single stranded.

Design a experiment showing the transpiration happens only in live plants not in dead sticks or plant please answer, im waiting for your answer

Answer»

BELL JAR METHODExplanation:1. Experiment to demonstrate the transpiration phenomenon with the bell jar method:Requirements: Bell jar, well-watered potted plant, rubber sheet, glass plate, Vaseline. Method: 1. Take a well-watered, healthy potted plant and cover the pot with the help of rubber sheet. Only AERIAL parts of the plant should REMAIN uncovered. 2. Keep the potted plant on a glass plate and cover it with a bell jar 3. Apply vaseline at the base of the bell jar to prevent the outer air to pass in the bell jar. 4. Keep the whole APPARATUS in light and observe for some time. 5. Set another experiment exactly in the same way except that the pot should be without any plant. Observations: Water drops appear inside the wall of the bell jar containing a potted plant while there is no drop in the another bell jar which is without any plant. Results: Because water drops appear only in the bell jar in which pot is having a plant with its only aerial parts exposed, so it can be concluded that these drops appeared DUE to the process of transpiration from the aerial parts of the plant. The same can also be concluded by the observations of the control apparatus, in which no water drop appears due to the absence of plant in the pot.

Answer»

mes are kind of waste disposal system in cell comment on this....!!━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☛ Lysosomes are organelles insude the cell that helps in the waste disposal inside cell.☛ It contains various digestive enzymes that helps in digesting the foreign substances entering the cell.☛It can ALSO digest the ENTIRE cell in case of worn out cell, it burst out releasing all enzymes to digest the entire cell. Thus they are also known as SUICIDAL bags.☛Lysosomes contain powerful digestive enzymes capable of breaking down all organic material ,so they are called digestive bags of the cell.☛ These enzymes of lysosomes are made in endoplasmic reticulum and packed in golgi bodies. Thus they make the lysosomes.☛ The lysosomal enzymes helpd in dissolving the membrane of egg, because they are present in the acrosome of sperm.☛ We have Seen that when tadpole changes to frog, the TAIL DISAPPEARS because it is too digested by lysosomal enzymes.☛So, its main function is to remove wastes. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☘Refer to the Attachment for diagram.

What is lichen?what is lichen?what is lichen?

Answer»

hey mate your ANSWER my dear friend and please mark it brain list i HOPE its help youExplanation:A lichen , is a composite organism that arises from algae or cyanobacteria living among filaments of multiple fungi species in a mutualistic relationship. LICHENS have different properties from those of its component organisms. Lichens come in many colors, sizes, and forms and are sometimes plant-like, but lichens are not plants. Lichens may have tiny, leafless branches (fruticose), FLAT leaf-like structures (foliose), flakes that lie on the surface like peeling paint (crustose), a powder-like appearance (leprose), or other growth forms. A macrolichen is a lichen that is either bush-like or leafy; all other lichens are termed microlichens] Here, "macro" and "micro" do not refer to size, but to the growth form.Common names for lichens may contain the word moss (e.g., "reindeer moss", "Iceland moss"), and lichens may superficially look like and grow with mosses, but lichens are not related to mosses or any plant.[]:3 Lichens do not have roots that absorb water and nutrients as plants do,[]:2 but like plants, they produce their own nutrition by photosynthesis.[] When they grow on plants, they do not live as parasites, but instead use the plants as a substrate. Lichens occur from sea level to high alpine elevations, in many environmental conditions, and can grow on almost any surface.[] Lichens are abundant growing on bark, LEAVES, mosses, on other lichens,[] and hanging from branches "living on thin air" (epiphytes) in rain forests and in temperate woodland. They grow on rock, walls, gravestones, roofs, exposed soil surfaces, and in the soil as part of a biological soil crust. Different kinds of lichens have adapted to survive in some of the most extreme environments on Earth: arctic tundra, hot dry deserts, rocky coasts, and toxic slag heaps. They can even live inside solid rock, growing between the grains
