positive effects from sports are achieved primarily through physical activity, but secondary effects bring health benefits such as psychosocial and personal development and less alcohol consumption. negative effects, such as the RISK of failure, injuries, eating disorders, and burnout, are also apparent. because physical activity is increasingly conducted in an organized manner, sport’s ROLE in society has become increasingly important over the years, not only for the individual but also for public health. in this paper, we intend to describe sport’s physiological and psychosocial health benefits, stemming both from physical activity and from sport participation PER se. this narrative review summarizes research and PRESENTS health-related data from swedish AUTHORITIES. it is discussed that our daily lives are becoming less physically active, while organized exercise and training increases. average energy intake is increasing, creating an energy surplus, and thus, we are seeing an increasing number of people who are overweight, which is a strong contributor to health problems. physical activity and exercise have significant positive effects in preventing or alleviating mental illness, including depressive symptoms and anxiety- or stress-related disease. in conclusion, sports can be evolving, if personal capacities, social situation, and biological and psychological maturation are taken into account.

(D) Read the following passage and answer the questions.Prevention is better than cure. It is recognised that the only way to get nd ofmalaria completely is to get rid of the mosquitoes, which cause it. Malaria isalways associated with damp and marshy land. This is not because the land isdamp. but because the standing water is the breeding place of the mosquito, whichbegins its life as larvae living in the water. Malaria does not frequently occur in drydesert countries because mosquitoes cannot breed there. The only way to destroymosquitoes is to prevent their breeding in standing water. This can be done hydraining all ponds and pools; and by keeping them covered in the breeding seasonwith a film of kerosene oil, which kills the larvae by depriving them of air.1. In a triangle , the length of the first side is 5 cm less than the length of the second side . The length of the third side is 7 cm more than the length of the first side if the first side is of length is 18 cm , then what is the semiperimeter of the triangle?Vo sab chodo ye prani kon hai, kaha se aaya hai?? xD |
|
Answer» SEMI - perimeter of TRIANGLE is 33 cm. Explanation: Hello user ◤Given that:
To find:
Formula to know:-Semi- perimeter (s) = (a+b+c)/2 Solution:☈Length of the first side is 5cm less then the length of the second side. Length of the first side = Length of second side - 5cm It is given that the length of the first side is 18 cm. 18 cm = Length of the second side - 5cm Length of second side = 18 cm + 5 cm Length of second side = 23 cm. Length of the third side is 7 cm more than length of the first side. Length of the third side = 7cm + length of first side Length of third side = 7 cm + 8 cm Length of third side = 25 cm. Let the side a = 18 cm Let the side b = 23 cm Let the side c = 25 cm Semi - perimeter (s) = (a+b+c)/2 S = (18 cm + 23 cm + 25 cm)/2 S = (66 cm)/2 S = 33 cm. Semi - perimeter of triangle = 33 cm. Write a story on the basis of the following:points : A hot summer day10a cap seller falls asleep under a tree - after waking findssees monkeys with thecaps begging the capunable to return throwsmonkeys do the same gets back the cap.no capcap in despair |
|
Answer» Once UPON a time there lived a cap SELLER in a small village. He used to go from his village to nearest village to sell the caps. His way lay through a big forest. It was a hot summer day and it was very hot. The cap seller got tired by walking from his village. To get some rest he sat under a shaded tree and kept his cap basket near by him. Soon he fell asleep under the SHADOW of the tree. Many monkeys were living on that tree. When they saw the caps they climbed down the tree and each one of them put a cap on their HEAD from the basket. Then they climbed up the tree again. Soon the basket looks empty. The cap seller woke up after some time. He found that his caps were missing from his basket. By CHANCE he looked up and saw the monkeys wearing his caps. He tried his best to get his caps back but all his efforts were in vain. Suddenly an idea struck in his mind. He took off his own cap and threw it on the ground. Monkeys did the same as they are loving to copy others. The cap seller collected all his caps and went away happily. Moral: Intelligence works wonders. |
