What is Tyndall effect? Explain with an example ?? |
|
Answer» Scattering of light by dust particles or any other particles is called Tyndall effectIn forests when sunlight fallon canopy of trees and falls on the ground then we r able to see dust particles in the path of sunlight The scattering of light by particles in its path is called Tyndall effect. When a beam of light enters a smoke-filled dark room through a small hole, then its path becomes visible to us. The tiny dust particles present in the air of room scatter the beam of light all around the room. Thus, scattering of light makes the particles visible. Tyndall effect can also be observed when sunlight passes through a canopy of a dense forest. Here, tiny water droplets in the mist scatter light. It is seen maximum in milk Tyndall effect is scattering of a beam of light by a medium containing small scattering of a beam of light by a medium containing small suspended particles—e.g., smoke or dust in a room, which makes visible a light beam entering a window. |

If S is a point on side pq of a triangle pqr such that ps = qs = rs then |
| Answer» PQR is right angled triangle As if pq=qs=rs then L sqr = L srq = xAnd similarly L spr = L srp = y(isosceles triangle property)And by exterior angle property L psr= 2x and Lrsq = 2yBy linear pair 2x + 2y = 180°:. x+y = 90 hence, Lprq=x+y= 90° | |

What is polynial |
| Answer» In mathematics, a polynomial is an expression consisting of variables and coefficients, that involves only the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and non-negative integer exponentiation of variables. An example of a polynomial of a single indeterminate x is x² − 4x + 7. In mathematics, a\xa0polynomial\xa0is an expression consisting of variables (also called indeterminates) and coefficients, that involves only the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and non-negative integer exponentiation of variables. An example of a\xa0polynomial\xa0of a single indeterminate x is x2\xa0− 4x + 7. | |

In a AP GIVEN D=5,S9=75 evaluate A and A9 |
|
Answer» Hm this is correct d = 5S9 = 75By applying the formulaSn = n / 2 + ( 2a + ( n - 1 ) × d75 = 9 / 2 + (2a + ( 9 - 1 ) × 575 = 9 / 2 + ( 2a + 40 )75 × 2 / 9 = 2a + 4050 / 3 = 2a + 4050 / 3 - 40 / 1 = 2aby taking LCM we will get- 70 / 3 = 2aa = - 70 / 3 × 2a = - 35 / 3.a9 = a + 8d= -35 / 3 + 8 × 5= - 35 / 3 + 40= -35 + 120 / 3= 95 / 3. |

How will you show that silver is less reactive than copper ?? |
|
Answer» Ok thanks. Take copper sulphate in a test tube and place a silver few granules in it... this show silver is less reactive than copper. Ok thanks for answering. Good answer. Silver is chemically less reactive than copper can be shown by displacement reaction. If a piece of silver is placed in a solution of CuSO4 no reaction will take place as Ag is less reactive than Cu and can\'t replace Cu from CuSO4 solution. ... This shows Ag is chemically less reactive than copper. Take copper sulphate in a test tube and place a silver few granules in it... this show silver is less reactive than copper. |

If sin A = 12 / 13 , so find cos A and tan A ?? |
|
Answer» Thanks to all of you for answering my question ........ CosA=5/13TanA=12/5 Sin A= 12/13 Therefore p=12 and h=13 b2 = h2-p2b2= (13)2 -(12)2b2=169-144b2=25b= root25 b=5 Hence cos A= b/h=5/13 tan A=p/b=12/5 Given sin A=12/13 ie. Opposite/HypotenuseThen By Pythagoras theoremAC^2=AB^2+BC^213^2=12^2+BC^2169=144+BC^2169-144=BC^2√25=BC5=BCcos A = Adjacent side/Hypotenusecos A=5/13tan A= 12/5 |
