You follow below steps to VIEW clipboard in Windows XP.
Steps:
1.Right click on DESK top.
2.Then MOVE mouse pointer on NEW and then click on Shortcut.
3.After that pop up window opens,type "%windir%System32clipbrd.exe".
4.Then click on Next BUTTON.
5.Then type "Clipbrd.exe".
6.Then click on Finish button.
