Answer» Generally, these things DEPEND on the project’s REQUIREMENTS. But as an individual, I LIKE to do a quick CONNECT to all involved teams on the weekly basis to see the progress or challenges. Also, I am available for all the people to reach out to me in case of any concerns. |
