A, b, c started a shop by investing rs. 27,000, rs. 81,000 and rs. 72,000 respectively. At the end of one year b's share of total profit was rs. 36,000. What was the total profit?

Answer»

⚡Hey mate⚡

✨Here is your answer✨

A, B, C, INVESTING RUPEES 27000,81000,72000

End of the year B's profit is 36000

Solution - :

Ratio of A:B:C

A : B : C = 27000 : 81000 : 72000

A : B : C = 27 : 81 : 72

A : B : C = 9 : 27 : 24

A : B : C = 3 : 9 : 8

Ratio is 3 : 9 : 8 and B's share is 36000.

It means that share of B is equal to the ratio of B

So

9 ratio = 36000

1 ratio = 36000 ÷ 9

1 ratio = 4000

Total profit is 3 ratio + 9 ratio + 8 ratio = 20 ratio

If 1 ratio = 4000

20 ratio = 4000 × 20

20 ratio = 80000

Your answer is 80000.

Find the sum of last ten term of AP is 8,10,12............126

Answer»

Given: a = 8
d= 10-8= 2
tn= 126
tn = a+ ( N-1 ) d
126 = 8+(n-1)2
126-8=2n- 2
118=2n-2
118+2=2n
120=2n
120/2=n
60=n
n= 60
there are 60 TERMS in A.P.
last ten TERM means (60-9) = 51 th term.
sn = n/2 {2a+(n-1)d}
= 51/2{2×8+(51-1)2}
=51/2{16+(50)2}
=51/2{16+100}
=51/2{116}
=51×58
= 2958
the sum of last ten terms is 2958

A man spends 10% of his capital on raw material, 20% of the remaining on advertisement, 30% of the remaining on building, 40% of the balance on machinery and thus he was left with rs.6048. Find his capital.

Answer»

⚡Hey mate⚡

✨Here is your ANSWER✨

We started from end.

Remaining money = 6048

In the last he spent 40 % on machinery

It means that 6048 is EQUAL to 60 %

Because before he spent on machinery he had 100 % remaining money 40 % machinery cost + 60 % (6048)

So 6048 is equal to 60 %

60 % = 6048

1 % = 6048 ÷ 60

1 % = 100.8

100 % = 100.8 × 100

100 % = 10080

10080 is the 70 % remaining money because he spent 30 % on building

70 % = 10080

1 % = 10080 ÷ 70

1 % = 144

100 % = 144 × 100

100 % = 14400

14400 is the 80 % of the remaining because he spent 20 % on advertisement

80 % = 14400

1 % = 14400 ÷ 80

1 % = 180

100 % = 180 × 100

100 % = 18000

But 18000 is 90 % of total money because he spent 10 % on raw materials

90 % = 18000

1 % = 18000 ÷ 90

1 % = 200

100 % = 200 × 100

100 % = 20000

Your answer is 20000

I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you ❤️❤️

●INTEREST = Interest is the price paid by a borrower for the use of a lender's money.

TYPE OF INTEREST----- there are 2 type of interest--
●Simple Interest
●COMPOUND Interest

♥Simple Interest = Simple interest is the computed on the principal for the entire period of borrowing.
Formula -----
I = Pit
A = P + I
I = A - P

here
I = Amount of Interest
P = principal ( initial value of an investment)
A = Accumulated amount ( Final value of an investment)
i = Annual interest rate in decimal
t = time in years

♥Compound Interest = compound interest as the interest that accrues when earnings for each specified period of time ADDED to the principal thus increasing the principal base on which subsequent interest is compound.

Formula -
A = p (1 + i)^n
where,
i = Annual rate of interest
n = Number of conversion period per year
INTEREST = An - P

A cow is tethered to a peg with 7m long rope at the corner of a 35m long and 20m wide rectangular grass field, what area of the field will the cow graze ?

Answer»

Answer:

38.5 m ^2

Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN :A COW is tethered to a peg with 7 m long rope at the corner of a 35 m long and 20 m wide RECTANGULAR grass field,

To Find:  What area of the field will the cow graze ?

Solution:

The grazing area is the quarter of the circle of RADIUS of 7 m.

Area of the quarter of the circle = \frac{1}{4} \pi r^2

                                                      = \frac{1}{4} \times \frac{22}{7} \times  7^2

                                                      = 38.5 m ^2

38.5 m ^2Hence the cow graze  area of the field

Find the coordinate of any 3 points which are equidistant from A(-1 8) and B(3 4)

Answer»

Answer:

C(1,6), D(2,7) and E(3,8)

Step-by-step explanation:

The EQUATION of the line passing through the points A and B is given by

y = MX+c

where m = \frac{4-8}{3-(-1)} = -1

and c = y - mx = 4-(-1)(3) = 7

So we have equation y = -x+7.

The middle POINT on the line y= -x+7 is given by

C(\frac{-1+3}{2},\frac{8+4}{2}) = C(1,6)

A line perpendicular to the above line has slope

m2 = \frac{-1}{m} = 1

So the equation of the line perpendicular to y = -x+7 and passing through C(1,6) is given by

y-y1 = m2(x-x1)

y-6 = 1(x-1)

y = x+5

According to a theorem, all the points LYING on the line y = x+5 would be equidistant from the points A and B.

So with x = 1,2,3 we have y = 6,7,8

Hence C(1,6), D(2,7) and E(3,8) are equidistant from A and B, which can also be verified using distance formula.
