13. How did the first organism evolve on the carth?1+2 3Describe on the basis of matcrial theory of the origin of the organism?

Answer»

The first known single-celled organisms appeared on Earth about 3.5 billion years ago, roughly a billion years after Earth formed. More complex forms of life took longer to evolve, with the first multicellular animals not appearing until about 600 million years ago.

Darwin published his theory of evolution by natural selection in On the Origin of Species in 1859. His theory means that all life, including humanity, is a product of continuing natural processes. The implication that all life on Earth has a common ancestor has met with objections from some religious groups.

11. An article was purchased for 1239 including GST of 18%. Find the price of thearticle before GST was added?

Answer»

1239 is included 18%so. 1239/118*100

=1050

Price after GST=1239GST= 18%of 1239GST=18/100x1239GST= 223.02therefore article before gst=1239-223.03=1015.98

price after Gst =1239If we less 18%gst 1239*18/100=223.02so before Gst value is 1239-223.02=1015.98

Hey there!

Cost with gst included = rupees 1239

Cost with out gst = x rupees

gst = 18%

If we take this into equation -

x + ( ( 18 ÷ 100 ) × x ) = 1239

cost before gst + gst = cost with gst

x + ( 9x ÷ 50 ) = 1239

( 50x + 9x ) ÷ 50 = 1239

59x ÷ 50 = 1239

59x = 1239 × 50

59x = 61950

x = 61950 ÷ 59

x = 1050

Price before GST = 1050 rupees

Hope my answer helps!

Auki't travelt eom to hone partotk Ttrain anel partly by Car Hees g hr.train and the rest by Luruttandao nu'aLona er he Karel 2ootra in

Answer»

Case 1:---------------

Total distance = 600kmDistance covered by train: 120kmTime taken by train: (120)/x km/h [Let 'x' be the speed of the train]Distance covered by car: (600-120) = 480kmTime taken by car: (480)/y km/h [Let 'y' be the speed of the car]

Total time taken: (120)/x + (480)/y = 8 or (10)/x + (40)/y = 2/3 or (30)/x + (120)/y= 2 ...... (1)

Case II:--------------Total distance covered by train: 200 kmTotal time taken by train: (200)/x km/hTotal distance covered by car: (600-200) = 400 kmTotal time taken by car: (400)/y km/h

Total time taken: 8(20/60) = (25)/3(200)/x + (400)/y = (25)/3or (600)x + (1200)/y = 25 ..... (2)

Let 1/x be u and 1/y be v .... (3)Equations are then:600u + 1200v = 2530u + 120v = 2Multiplying equation (1) by 20 and subtracting the equations we get:1200v = 15 ; v = (15)/(1200)Since, 1/y = vy = (1200)/3 = 80y = 80 km/h So, the speed of the car is 80 km/h.Hence the speed of the train,Multiplying equation (1) by 10 and subtracting equations we get:300u = 5u = 5/(300)Since, 1/x = u x = (300)/5 ; x = 60 km/hr
