Article on harmful effects of polybags |
|
Answer» Thank you so much for my help Harmful effects of plastic Plastic is one of the most important things in the modern life of human being. It can be molded into any desired shape. It is cheap as compared to other materials and has more strength. It is a part of our day-to-day life. But, Plastic also carries a lot of disadvantages. It is harmful to the environment. It cannot be quickly degraded and damages the atmosphere if burnt. It can prevent seeping of water into the soil, reaching sunlight into water.harmful effects of plasticThe toxic chemical released during the production of plastic is another demerit. Plastic has given numerous benefits to human life but It is also a cause of global warming and pollution in our surrounding. Let’s take a look at the negative effects of plastic in detail:Plastic pollutes soil: Plastic buried in soil can release a toxic chemical which mixes into the ground making it harmful for agriculture and human use, it can also seep into the ground and mix with groundwater. This makes the water unhealthy for human consumption and agricultural use. Sometimes plastic such as polythene bags, get buried under the soil, this makes the soil toxic.Plastic pollutes ocean: Plastic objects are left over into the ocean for biodegrading it. Plastics degrades faster in the sea, but it also leaves the harmful chemical into it, making it even more dangerous to the life on the earth. It increases the chance of Global Warming. You can get it from Internet. I have copied it from the Internet. |

Compare Mr.Frank and Mr.Crocker Harris \'s character. |
| Answer» In The Browning Version, Crocker-Harris and Frank Hunter have some similarities, but they remain largely different. They are both schoolmasters at an English public school, they both terminate their relationship with Millie owing to her cruelty towards Mr. Andrew, and they both detest the idea of teaching at the crammer\'s school.Frank Hunter is self-confident, successful, personable, friendly, yet with enough arrogance about him to engage in an extra-marital affair with the wife of his colleague, Dr. Crocker-Harris. Students find it easy to talk with Hunter and to confide in him, as John Taplow confides in him while waiting for Crocker-Harris. Hunter knows just the right thing to do socially to make other people feel at ease and receptive, as is illustrated by his impromptu instruction on golf swing while Taplow waits for Crocker-Harris.The most interesting characteristic about Hunter is that, while his attentions to Millie Crocker-Harris were strictly for physical pleasure, he is finally able to see the nobility within the disappointed Crocker-Harris, who even had his pension voted away from him. This insight is expressed in Hunter\'s advocacy of the genuine nature of Taplow\'s gift and of his confession to Crocker-Harris of his affair with Millie. The most interesting characteristic about Crocker-Harris is that, while he has every reason for bitterness, resentment and anger, he remains humble and accepts, with grace and dignity, the sincerity of Taplow\'s gift and Hunter\'s proposed visit. | |

What is the theme of the poem chilhood? |
| Answer» The poem deals with the idea that as one grows up, one loses One\'s innocence and purity. Though one is capable of doing much more on the physical plane and thinking new thoughts on the physic plane on maturity ,the loss of childhood is really enormous and permanent. Mature and grown up tend to be viscous, jealous and corrupt. They are hypocrites as they always pretend what they are not. They are unlike children who are innocent and truthful. They do not know the corrupt ways of adult world. | |

do you think that canterville chase is haunted? Give evidence to prove your point. |
|
Answer» The Canterville Chase was unequivocally haunted. Lord Canterville stated the truth about the Chase to Mr Otis when the latter expressed his wish to buy it. Lord Canterville narrated him all the horrific incidents that had transpired at the Chase, and which had resulted in tragedies and disabilities of many people who had come face to face with the ghost at the Chase. Even after Mr Otis\'s family shifted to the Chase, they themselves had many encounters with the ghost. Virginia had seen the ghost\'s secret cell where his skeleton had been lying without burial and last rites. At the end when the last rites had been performed; and he buried properly with prayers, his ghost attained salvation. Then the Chase remained no more haunted. So all these events, happenings prove the Chase had been haunted. Presence of ghost |
