Rajasthan Governor delivers an oath of office to the leader of the majority party in the Legislative Assembly. He is the member of the house. In case he is not the member of the Legislative Assembly, he has to get elected within a period of six months. If none of the parties has a clear majority in the Legislative Assembly governor exercises his discretionary power.
