Answer» Principle of a motor :- The electric motor utilies the magnetic effect of electric current.Working of a motor:- When an electric current is passed into the rectangular coil , this current produces a magnetic field around the coil. The magnetic field of horse - shoe magnet then interacts with the magnetic field of the current carrying coil and causes the coil to spin continuously. Electric motor is working on the principle of Fleming left hand rule. |
