What fraction? Well first we work out the NUMBER of primes:

2,3,5,7,11,13

So that's 6 primes out of 15 numbers or 6/15 as a fraction or 40%.

What's more interesting is how that fraction CHANGES as you include more and more numbers.

If you include the numbers up to 100 this percent drops to around 25%.

Up 1000 and it drops to around 17% and it keeps getting smaller.

What's the highest then?

If we take all the numbers 3 and under then 66% are prime. That's obviously a corner case as it's all DOWNHILL from there but it's and interesting curve with a lot of STUDY.
