Write the character sketch of Lencho described in “A Letter to God”. |
| Answer» Lencho is a hard working man. According to the story, he was an ox of man, who had a strong belief on God. He does not believe in humanity because of his firm belief on God. He wants a little rain but the rain soon turned into hailstorm which brought hailstones to his field. Then he demands desired money from God by writing a letter to God. The letter was read by the postmaster and he resisted not to break his firm belief in God. He sends money to him as much as he could. But the man blamed the postmaster and employees itself that have taken rest of the money. This shows that he has no faith in humanity and was so foolish to mankind. | |
