Answer» 1. Egyptian Script— The script of the ancient Egyptians is known as the hieroglyphic script. Hieroglphic means sacred writing. They started with picture writing but later on they developed 24 consonants. There were no vowels. 2. Egyptian Solar Calendar— The Egyptian introduced the world’s first solar calendar. They found that average time between two annual floods was 365 days. The year was divided into 12 months, each consisting of 30 days. The remaining five days were used for celebrating religious festivals. |
