Answer» Solution :Provisions of FACTORY Act, 1819: (i) Children below nine years of age will not be employed in FACTORIES. (ii) Working hour will be lessened from 16 to 12 HOURS. Provisions of Factory Act, 1833: (i) Children of age GROUP between 13-17 years will not be FORCED to work for more than 10 hours. (ii) Inspectors were recruited for the inspection of the factories. |
