Clean India

Pali, October 3
Clean India Abhiyan was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 2nd October 2014. On this day, the Prime Minister paid homage to the two great sons of Mother IndiaMahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with his cabinet ministers swept the streets of the capital with brooms. He also inspired people to fulfil Mahatma Gandhi’s dream of clean India. The same scene was witnessed in almost all the cities and towns throughout the country. Prime Minister Modi urged people to perform their duty as responsible citizens towards keeping their country clean.

पाली, 3 अक्टूबर
2 अक्टूबर 2014 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा ‘Clean India’ अभियान का श्रीगणेश किया गया। इस दिन मोदी जी ने भारत माता के दो सपूतों- महात्मा गांधी एवं भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री को श्रद्धांजलि दी। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अपनी कैबिनेट के मंत्रियों के साथ राजधानी की सड़कों पर झाडू से सफाई की। महात्मा गांधी के स्वप्न ‘स्वच्छ भारत’ को पूरा करने के लिए उन्होंने लोगों को प्रेरित किया। पूरे देश भर के सभी शहरों व कस्बों में यही दृश्य देखने को मिला। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने लोगों को एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक होने के कारण अपने देश को स्वच्छ रखने के कर्तव्य को निभाने का आग्रह किया।
