I’m writing this letter to you so that I could share with you my experience in a rescue operations in Bihar floods where I volunteered. The flooding occurred because of the torrential rain which continued for about 64 hours, and the state capital Patna was worst affected.\xa0Many areas were water logged with about six feet of water, along with electricity failures and shortage of drinking water. The people were taken out of their submerged homes.\xa0Many netizens came forward to arrange eatables for the people and local fishermen were hired for boat services. I was also among the people arranging food and other facilities for people. It was really a horrible scene.
