Why there are fewer stomota on upper layer of leaf |

Too long.....there are few stomata on upper surface and more on lower surface due to the reason that in windy or stormy day when dust particles held on the upper surface then stomata has to remain closed...so there are more stomata on lower surface for transpiration and exchange of o2 and co2 |
