Why the chapter is named The Ghat of The Only World??? |

The word Ghat means \'the bank of a river\' in the title of the story it signifies the edge of the life where Shahid was struggling for life owning to the malagent tumor he is about to death and after that he will at the unknown world that exist after death. so the chapter was named as the Ghat of the only world.
