|
Answer» Due to atmospheric refraction.when light rays of stars travell from rarer medium to denser medium it bends towards normal and due to different denties , atmospheric layers inverses and decreases continuously ,which appears that stars are twinkling☺️☺️ When the light of star passes though the atmosphere it fluctuates due to atmospheric refraction and appers as to be twinkling Due to refraction of light |
