Why sky appear blue in color |

Answer» It actually is not blue in colour but in our eyes it appears to be in blue in colour due to all the gases being present in the atmosphere When sunlight passes through the atmosphere the colours started scaterring as sunlight is a white light constituting 7 colors and all different light have different wavelengths so the shorter wavelength start scaterring first and hence it scattered in all the atmosphere and due to the atmosphere we are able to see colours and hence the sky appears blue to us.
