Why should curved and sour substnce should not be kept in brass |

Answer» Brass and copper vessel contain copper and zinc metal which react with acid present jn curd and sour substance forming soluble salts. These salts are poisonous in nature and make curd unfit for consumption. Because sour Substances are acidic in nature and reactive to brass .....so when it kept in brass it become poisonous or toxic.. |
