Why plants take in oxygen and release co2 at night. |
| Answer» Plants need oxygen to live and they take oxygen ay night . The reason that they take co 2 at day time for the sake of photosynthesis as light is present at day time. So to prepare food the raw materials are water and carbondioxide so they take in co2 for sake of photosynthesis and release 02 as byproduct. At night they take in o2 to carry on living☺ | |
