Answer» Because these are too close too earth and doesn\'t able to refract in atmosphere as the far star can Planets do not twinkle because there are very big and near to us due to wish light coming from them comes in the form of beam which do not get retracted in atmosphere that\'s why planets do not twinkle As it is very close to earth and thus are larger in size .The amount of light entering our eye average out to zero and thus nullifying the twinkling effect |
