Answer» because of their really human qualities. Being young they do everything for their sister.she is in a hospital recovering from the TB of the spine. though being young they behave like mature persons in this respect.. so they are rightly called \'gentlemen\' as only \'gentlemen\' can do such things. Because they acted like gentlemen. They did their work like gentlemen . So they were called as two gentlemen of Verona
