Which sounds like a good thing when you THINK of it in terms of trans/unsaturated fats (bad fats) but the HUMAN body needs FAT for FATTY acids and absorption of fat soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, and K). Along with digestive HEALTH, it has also is how bilirubin derived from the hemoglobin (oxygen carrying component of the red blood cell) is recycled by the body.
