Answer» It has high resistance when it is connected in parallel then equivalent resistance willbe very low ie a voltmeter of resistance 2000ohm when we calculate the equivalent resistance then 1/2000=very low in decimal as you can assume if it is connected in series the equivalent resistance be 2000ohm which is very high Becoz having high resistence To over come frome it Voltmeter connected in parallel because for measurning voltage Because it has high resistance.
