Answer» The continuously changing atmosphere is able to cause variation in the light coming from. Sai star due to reflection because of which the star appear to be twinkling. Due to atmospheric refraction, because the star light to reach the human eye in many layer of Earth Due to atmospheric refraction , they look different from their appparent position.
