Answer» Gregor mendel chose plant in his experiment due to following reasons:1. Pea plants had a number of clear cut differences which were easy to tell apart.2. They were self pollinating.3. They can be produced in a comparatively short time span and their study is much simpler that of animals. No the above answer is wrong.
