Answer» Anjali,I think you misinterpreted the line .Sanju the answer can be according to me Grandmother not like the teaching of English school as 1.She can\'t help the narrator in his studies when narrator told him about western science, English words and things like Archimedes principle, law of gravity etc2 According to her music is lewd association which is only for prostitutes and for beggars not for the gentle flock.So,becoz of these reasons grandmother don\'t like the teaching of English school... Bz English,science etc as subjects irritated grandmother there were no teachings for music which was compulsory as according to grandmother... Because they teach him music She thought music is not good for them |
