Why do you fall in tha forward direction when a moving bus brakes to a stop and fall backward when it accelartes form rest answer?

Hi frnd here is your answer.......
This is because of " inertia of rest "of Newton's first law of motion.

Inertia of rest = The tendency of a body at rest TRIES to remain at rest is CALLED Inertia of rest.

Reason = When a standing bus suddenly starts, passengers lower PORTION in contact with the bus also moves but the upper portion tries to remain at rest DUE to inertia of rest as a result passengers fall backward.
