Why do we need more energy to broken ionic bond? |

Answer» Because the bond b/w ionic bond electrostatics force are present which is so strong force so for breaking this force we want more energy \'cause they tightly held by the nucleus. and that\' why we need more energy to break the the tightly held ionic bonds. |
