Answer» Just take it as an example- if a builder\'s developmental goal is to make a mall on a particular place, the people living there would not necessarily want it. So its not their developmental goal. On the other hand, a rickshaw puller\'s developmental goal may be to buy a battery rickshaw , which is not a developmental goal for the builder. Different people have different developmental goals as their style and standard of living differs from person to person. |
