| Answer» LPG is a mixture of propane and butane. These are gases at normal temperatures and pressure. However if pressure is increased to approximately 8 times the atmospheric pressure, these gases turned into liquid and the QUANTITY of storage in the same volume increases enormously. HENCE these are called Liquefied PETROLEUM GAS. | |
