1.	Why can dust be remobed by shaking or beating a carpet
Answer» When we dust or BEAT a carpet we provide motion to the carpet which was earlier in rest. the dust PRESENT on it was also in rest. But as we provided motion to the carpet by beating, the carpet MOVES but the dust tries to maintain its inertia of rest. So the dust doesn't move with the carpet and FALLS down DUE to gravity.
