⭐Metals are good CONDUCTORS of heat as WELL as electricity this is because , they have free electrons or we can say electrons are LOOSELY bounded so they can flow easily.

⭐Whereas, in case of a GLASS it is a bad conductor of electricity as it does not have any free electrons and they are bounded tightly which opposes the free MOVEMENT of electrons.
