1.	Why animals cannot talk like humans??
Answer» Animals can't TALK like humans due to the following reasons.... i) They don't have a WELL developed brain to talk like us... ii) They have their own language and thus they don't know ours as we don't know their's language. iii) Their VOCAL cord is not that developed to produce human-like VOICE orr sound.
