Answer» Classmet of Wanda peggys bestie Maddie was classmate of Wanda. She was Peggy\'s best friend. She was not as rich as Peggy. In fact she wore the old dresses of Peggy which were altered by her mother. She used to stand and watch when Peggy teased Wanda.she herself was poor but she couldn\'t muster up courage to ask Peggy not to do so.
