Who is responsible for refining Product Backlog items? |

Answer» The Development Team and the PRODUCT Owner are responsible for product backlog refinement. During a product backlog refinement meeting, the product owner and the development team communicate and decide the TOP items on the product backlog. The team can raise queries during the SPRINT planning session if they find any unresolved issue. The Product Owner and team can discuss with the Stakeholders to find out “what” they want and “why” they want. Once if they are CLEAR with the user NEEDS then they can go for the cross-checking with teams. |
