Answer» The DEVELOPMENT Team is responsible for MANAGING the progress of work during a Sprint. The Development team is comprised of professionals who work in a Sprint and DELIVER a potentially releasable product at the end of each Sprint. These increments are created by only the members of the Development team. The Development Team uses the DAILY Scrum to inspect a progress toward the Sprint Goal and to inspect how progress is trending TOWARDS completing the work in the Sprint Backlog. |
