Correct option is (B) 2KBr + I2 → 2KI + Br2

As we know the oxidizing power of halogens decrease as we move from top to bottom, it means the order of oxidizing strength will be

F2 > Cl2 > Br2 > I2

 ∵ Br2 is more powerful oxidizing agent than I2 it means I2 can not reduce Br- to Br2.

∴ 2KBr  + I2 → KI + Br2 is not a feasible reaction.
