| Answer» I think non of these two changes hard tosoft water but soap donot form lather in hard water or cannot clean anything in hard water because it itself react with calcium and magnesium present in water but detergent can wash or clean weather it is soft or hard water and can produse scum sorry for this tooo long ans. | |
