- In April 2017 for skill enhancement, the Madhya Pradesh state government launched Kaushalya Scheme.
- 2 lakh women will be trained under this scheme per year.
- This scheme will be applicable in 48 districts of Madhya Pradesh.
- Candidates will be trained for 15 days to 9 months and this training will be certified by the National Council of Vocational Training.
