Answer» When the TIMEBOX expires.The duration of a Sprint is fixed and cannot be shortened or LENGTHENED. For example, if all the items of a Sprint are not done, the Sprint is STILL marked as over and the remaining items are moved to the product backlog from where it can be scheduled to any of the following sprint based on the revised priority. Similarly, if all the items of a Sprint are done before time, the dev TEAM is free to PICK top PBIs and start working on it. |
