If a body travels EQUAL distance in equal time intervals, we can say it is in a constant velocity. There are very few examples of constant velocity MOTION around us. After reaching at terminal velocity, the motion of RAINDROPS are called constant velocity motion. As the magnitude of the air drag force is proportional to the velocity of the raindrops which pass through the air, the raindrops come down to a situation where they feel same magnitude of GRAVITATIONAL force and air drag force but these forces are opposite in direction. So, situation comes down to a conclusion where raindrops FALL at a constant velocity.
